Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Yuban instant coffee
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 pt. whiskey

Instructions

  1. Mix boiling water, instant coffee, and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Add whiskey and split vanilla bean lengthwise, then cut into small pieces.
  3. Place the mixture in a large jar and store in a dark place for 10 days.
  4. Shake the jar once a day.
  5. Serve in a small glass with a little cream on top.
