Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped and roasted
  • 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Cream the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice together until smooth.
  2. Fold in the well-drained crushed pineapple, coconut, chopped and roasted pecans, and Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into graham cracker crusts or baked and cooled regular pie crusts.
  4. Chill the pies in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
