Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pkg. lemon pudding (instant)
  • 2/3 c. salad oil
  • 1/3 c. orange juice
  • 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the cake mix, lemon pudding, water, and salad oil, adding each ingredient one at a time.
  2. Beat the mixture at high speed for 6 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Remove from oven, punch holes in the cake while hot.
  6. Pour glaze over the hot cake and let it soak in before serving.
