Ingredients

  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
  • 2 large onions
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Cut the sharp Cheddar cheese and mild Cheddar cheese into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Mince the onions and fry them in margarine until they are brown.
