- Cream margarine, cocoa, and sugar together; then add eggs.
- Mix in flour and nuts until well combined.
- Pour the batter into an 8 x 15-inch cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes and allow to cool.
- Mix coconut and sweetened condensed milk until combined.
- Spread the coconut and condensed milk mixture over the cooled cake.
- Bake until the topping is light brown, about 10 minutes at 350°F.
- Cool the bars completely, then frost with chocolate frosting.
- Sprinkle additional nuts on top if desired.
- Cut into 1-inch squares and place in paper baking cups.
