Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3-4 pounds meat of choice
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon roasted and ground sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seed oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together to create the marinade.
  2. Dip each piece of meat in the marinade and layer in a flat dish or pan.
  3. Pour more marinade on top of the layered meat.
  4. Marinate for 4 hours before grilling over coals or broiling.
