Ingredients

  • 2 lb. tofu
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mash the tofu finely.
  2. Saute chopped onions in olive oil until soft.
  3. Add the mashed tofu, parsley flakes, salt, and turmeric to the skillet.
  4. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve hot.
