- Put four eggs and water in a big bowl.
- Beat the eggs and water together, then add enough flour to achieve a soft dough consistency.
- Roll the dough into 1 1/2-inch squares.
- Saute onions and celery until soft.
- Add cooked, diced chicken, salt, and pepper to the sautéed vegetables and mix well to make the filling.
- Place a spoonful of filling onto each dough square and seal the edges to form dumplings.
- Boil the kreplach in salted water for 12 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
