Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 5 tablespoons cream
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, margarine, cream, cornstarch, and nutmeg into batter.
  2. Heat an iron or griddle until water beads on the surface.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter onto the hot iron; cook for 10 seconds on each side.
  4. Remove the cooked wafer from the iron and roll it up while warm.
  5. Serve the rolled krum kake with ice cream.
