Ingredients

  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix brown sugar, margarine, eggs, flour, vanilla, and chopped pecans in the order listed.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, let cool, then cut into 3 dozen squares.
  5. Roll each square in powdered sugar before serving.
