- Fry the bacon, drain and set aside.
- Beat the eggs well.
- Grate the small onion.
- Mix the grated onion, beaten eggs, potatoes, flour, canned milk, melted oleo, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the cooked bacon into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Place the reserved bacon slices on top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours or until brown and set.
