Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 3 c. cooked wild rice
  • 1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 3/4 c. slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Gently toss together the diced cooked chicken, cooked wild rice, halved green grapes, chopped celery, slivered almonds, and chopped water chestnuts in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, seasoned salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken and rice mixture, and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Serve the salad on a bed of fresh spinach leaves.
