Instructions
- Combine lamb, eggs, olive oil and lemon juice.
- Melt butter; add flour and mustard.
- Stir stock in slowly.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and salt as needed.
- Cook and stir the sauce until it is boiling.
- Add the lamb and egg mixture.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Serve it over toast points.
