Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup rice
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except cream into a casserole dish.
  2. Place the dish in a 375°F oven.
  3. Stir every 20 minutes for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  4. Add cream to the pudding and do not stir for the remaining 30 minutes.
