A creamy, sweet grape salad with crunchy pecans and a hint of brown sugar, perfect for gatherings or as a refreshing side dish during warm weather.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. seedless white grapes
  • 2 lb. seedless red grapes
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry grapes; if grapes are large, slice them; set aside.
  2. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add half of the mixture to the grapes and gently fold to coat.
  4. Spread the remaining mixture over the coated grapes.
  5. Toast chopped pecans until fragrant and lightly browned.
  6. Mix toasted pecans with brown sugar.
  7. Sprinkle the pecan and brown sugar mixture over the top of the salad.
  8. Chill the salad in the refrigerator before serving.
