Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 c. ground, raw cranberries
  • 2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 2 boxes cherry Jell-O
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 ground oranges
  • 2 c. chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Soften unflavored gelatin in a small amount of water. Dissolve all gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add sugar, pineapple juice and lemon juice.
  3. Stir to dissolve sugar.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Chill until firm in mold.
