Tips & Substitutions

For a creamier texture, consider adding a bit of grated Parmesan cheese to the Ricotta mixture. If you're short on time, you can use store-bought sauce instead of homemade. Additionally, you can substitute the lasagna noodles with oven-ready noodles to save some cooking time. For a healthier version, try using low-fat Ricotta cheese or adding vegetables like spinach or zucchini to the layers.

Storage & Reheating

Allow the lasagna to cool to room temperature before storing leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator, where it will keep for up to 3 days. To reheat, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave on medium for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. You can also reheat individual portions in the oven at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes.
