Instructions
- Cream together sugar and unsalted butter or shortening in a large mixing bowl.
- Add honey, eggs, and milk and mix well.
- Work in dry ingredients with hands, kneading well until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts.
- Roll each part out to fit a 10 x 13-inch cookie sheet with no sides, or inverted cookie sheets.
- Bake on ungreased sheets at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Before cooling, run a long knife under it to loosen from the pan.
- Cool before serving.
