Ingredients

  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 stalk celery, minced
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onions (optional)
  • 1 lb. frozen ocean perch fillets, thawed
  • butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix the bread crumbs, carrot, celery, parsley and onion. Place half the fillets in a greased casserole and half the crumbs mixture.
  2. Repeat layers and dot with butter.
  3. Cover.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
