Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese (small)
  • 1 pkg. Dream Whip or 1/2 pint whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Make lime jello as directed; add drained crushed pineapple and pour into a square pan to set.
  2. Combine lemon jello with 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  3. Prepare Dream Whip according to package directions.
  4. If using whipping cream, add sugar and vanilla before whipping.
  5. Beat softened cream cheese into the lemon jello mixture until well blended, then fold in the prepared Dream Whip.
  6. Pour the lemon jello mixture over the set lime jello layer and refrigerate until firm.
