Ingredients

  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded finely
  • 1 large jar salsa
  • 1 large container sour cream
  • 1 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 (22 oz.) can sliced black olives
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, empty both cans of refried beans.
  2. Add a package of taco seasoning if desired.
  3. Whip with a blender for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
  4. Spread into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  5. Spread shredded lettuce over the beans.
  6. Pour salsa over the lettuce evenly.
  7. Spread sour cream over the salsa.
  8. Sprinkle sliced green onions and sliced black olives over the sour cream.
  9. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
  11. Serve with tortilla chips.
