Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. white angel food cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, sweetened raspberries
  • 1 (8 oz.) low-fat raspberry yogurt

Instructions

  1. Bake and cool the angel food cake as directed on the package.
  2. Cut the cake vertically in half.
  3. Freeze one half of the cake for later use.
  4. Tear the other half into 3/4-inch pieces.
  5. Dissolve the raspberry jello in boiling water.
  6. Add the frozen, sweetened raspberries to the jello mixture and stir until combined.
  7. Layer the torn cake pieces in a serving dish.
  8. Pour the raspberry jello mixture over the cake layer.
  9. Top with raspberry yogurt.
  10. Refrigerate until set and ready to serve.
