Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 lb oregano
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix ground meat, evaporated milk, bread crumbs, and garlic salt with a fork.
  2. Pat the mixture evenly in the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate or 8x8-inch pan firmly.
  3. Spread tomato paste over the meat mixture.
  4. Drain the mushrooms.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the tomato paste, then add the mushrooms, oregano, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Lay slices of Mozzarella cheese over the top of the pie.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
