- Mix ground meat, evaporated milk, bread crumbs, and garlic salt with a fork.
- Pat the mixture evenly in the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate or 8x8-inch pan firmly.
- Spread tomato paste over the meat mixture.
- Drain the mushrooms.
- Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the tomato paste, then add the mushrooms, oregano, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Lay slices of Mozzarella cheese over the top of the pie.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
