Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 ripe bananas, diced
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (6 oz.) package strawberry Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Combine boiling water and strawberry Jell-O in a bowl and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add thawed strawberries, crushed pineapple, and diced bananas to the Jell-O mixture and mix well.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into an 8 x 8-inch dish.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes until firm.
  5. Spread sour cream evenly over the firm Jell-O layer.
  6. Pour the remaining Jell-O mixture over the sour cream layer.
  7. Refrigerate until fully set before serving.
