Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb graham crackers, rolled fine
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cups thick, fairly sweet applesauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except applesauce thoroughly and pack into a square cake pan.
  2. Add the applesauce on top of the mixture in the pan.
  3. Place in the refrigerator and chill for several hours until set.
  4. Cut into squares and serve topped with whipped cream.
