- Coat a heavy stew pot with no stick spray, i.e. Pam.
- Brown ground meat and onion, stirring often.
- If desired, drain off fat. Add next ingredients and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
- To thicken, combine corn meal and 1/4 cup of water; add to chili and simmer for 15 minutes.
