Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 small onion

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg with the mashed potatoes.
  2. Add the chopped onion and blend well.
  3. Stir in the flour until the mixture is well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into flour and roll to coat both sides.
  5. Drop the coated patties into hot oil in a skillet and fry on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Optionally, add leftover meat pieces to the mixture before frying.
