A hearty and comforting casserole blending rice, chicken or ham, and creamy soups, topped with crispy fried onions—perfect for using leftovers and satisfying the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 package wild rice, cooked
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, ham or turkey
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 jar pimentos, drained
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Instructions

  1. Mix thoroughly all ingredients except the French fried onion rings.
  2. Microwave on High for 7 1/2 minutes.
  3. Rotate and cook for an additional 7 1/2 minutes.
  4. Top with a can of French fried onion rings.
  5. Bake in a regular oven at 350°F for 15 minutes or until onion rings brown.
