Ingredients

  • 2 pork loin or rib chops (3/4 to 1 inch thick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 slices onion
  • 2 slices lemon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons catsup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place pork chops in an ungreased baking pan.
  3. Season the chops with salt.
  4. Top each chop with a slice of onion, a slice of lemon, and 2 tablespoons of catsup.
  5. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of brown sugar over the top.
  6. Cover the pan lightly with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes until cooked through.
