- Place pork chops in an ungreased baking pan.

- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of brown sugar over the top.
- Cover the pan lightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes until cooked through.
