Lemon Bisque Pie

Instructions
- Dissolve jello in water.
- Add lemon juice and sugar.
- Chill and whip.
- Chill thoroughly the evaporated milk and whip.
- Fold in jello mixture and fill 2 vanilla wafer crumb crusts.
- Top with a bit of crushed vanilla wafers (toasted with a bit of butter and baked in 375° oven and cooled).
- Chill pie and serve.
