Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the lemon cake mix, 1 egg, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, 2 eggs, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes.
