Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 can evaporated milk, chilled
  • 15 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Save 1 cup of crushed graham crackers for topping.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Dissolve the lemon jello in 1 cup of boiling water.
  4. Add the dissolved jello to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  5. Whip the chilled evaporated milk until it forms soft peaks.
  6. Gently fold the whipped evaporated milk into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into a graham cracker crust, and refrigerate until set.
  8. Top with reserved crushed graham crackers before serving.
