Ingredients

  • 3 oz lemon Jello
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick oleo (butter or margarine)
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, oleo, and graham cracker crumbs and press 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. Dissolve lemon Jello in hot water and let it cool.
  3. Cream together the cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the cooled Jello mixture to the cream cheese mixture and blend well.
  5. Fold in whipped cream until combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top.
