Ingredients

  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 package lemon Jell-O
  • 1 small carton Cool Whip
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed pineapple and sugar in a saucepan and heat to boiling.
  2. Remove from heat. Add lemon Jell-O and water, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Chill until set.
  4. Stir in chopped pecans, Cool Whip, and cream cheese.
  5. Chill until firm before serving.
