Poco Pepper Rolls
Cream cheese, cheddar, green chiles, and olives are rolled into flaky crescent dough for a spicy, cheesy appetizer perfect for parties or casual gatherings.

- In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded Cheddar, chopped green chiles, chopped ripe olives, instant minced onion, and hot pepper sauce; blend well.
- Separate the crescent dough into 2 rectangles. Press perforations to seal.
- Spread half of the cheese mixture over each rectangle.
- Starting at the long edge, roll up each rectangle jelly roll fashion.
- Place the rolled dough on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
