Ingredients

  • whole or half ham
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • whole cloves
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
  • 1/4 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • maraschino cherries (optional)
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins

Instructions

  1. Bake ham as directed on the package.
  2. Combine lemonade concentrate, brown sugar, and mustard to make the glaze.
  3. Remove ham from oven about 30 minutes before it is done.
  4. Turn oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Score the fat on the ham and stud with cloves.
  6. Cut 4 to 5 maraschino cherries in half and arrange on top of the ham.
  7. Brush the ham with the lemonade glaze.
  8. Return the ham to the oven and bake for 30 minutes longer, brushing occasionally with glaze.
