Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped dates
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 medium bag coconut

Instructions

  1. Cook butter, eggs, sugar, and dates until thick, stirring constantly.
  2. Add vanilla to the mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture over nuts and Rice Krispies that are mixed in a large bowl.
  4. Mix well and let cool.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls and roll in coconut.
