Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 cup Chablis
  • 2 Tbsp. Marsala wine
  • 4 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the chicken breasts, then dredge them in flour.
  2. Sauté the chicken in olive oil until golden brown.
  3. Season the chicken with crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove the chicken from the pan and place into a baking dish.
  5. In the same pan over low heat, melt the margarine.
  6. Stir in the flour and cook until browned.
  7. Add the Chablis, Marsala wine, parsley, lemon juice, and stir to combine.
  8. Cook until the mixture reaches gravy consistency.
  9. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.
  10. Bake, covered, at 325°F (163°C) for 30 minutes.
