Instructions

  1. Wash the catfish fillets and place them in a pan.
  2. Brush the fillets with melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning evenly over the fish.
  4. Cover the pan with foil or a lid.
  5. Broil the fish for 10 minutes.
  6. Turn the catfish fillets over.
  7. Repeat brushing with melted butter and sprinkling lemon pepper seasoning.
  8. Broil for another 10 minutes or until the fish flakes apart.
