Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
  • 1/4 c. olive or salad oil
  • 4 medium cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 4 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the wing-tip joints from the chicken wings.
  2. Use the wing-tips for making broth if desired.
  3. Cut the remaining V-shaped wings at the joints to make winglets; set aside.
