Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 flat can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 pkg. Dream Whip, whipped or 8 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix the lemon Jell-O with hot water until dissolved.
  2. Allow the Jell-O mixture to cool completely.
  3. Add the crushed pineapple with juice, grated Cheddar cheese, and chopped pecans; mix well.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping (Dream Whip or Cool Whip) until evenly combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a dish and chill until set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
