Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 apples, peeled and chopped in squares
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 5 celery sticks, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup sweet cream (half and half)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together with the apples.
  2. Garnish with lettuce.
