Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 1 lemon instant pudding (3 oz.)
  • 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and add all ingredients, then beat for 4 minutes.
  2. Pour the batter into a tube cake pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  4. Cool for 45 minutes before removing from the pan.
  5. Frost if desired, or serve without frosting.
