Ingredients

  • 2 cups minced clams with juice
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 stick butter
  • grated cheese
  • Provolone slices
  • paprika
  • 3/4 to 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Saute minced clams with juice, green pepper, onion, and minced garlic in butter.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, and paprika; stir well.
  3. If the mixture seems dry, add a little water to moisten.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese and paprika over the top.
  6. Place Provolone slices on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
