Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sugar, salt, dill weed, grated lemon peel, vinegar, and lemon juice; blend well.
  2. Add cucumber slices; toss to coat.
  3. Cover the bowl.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. If desired, drain before serving.
