Ingredients

  • 6 oz. strawberry Jell-O
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. lemon juice
  • 46 oz. can pineapple juice
  • 2 qt. cold water
  • ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Mix the strawberry Jell-O, sugar and boiling water until well dissolved.
  2. Add lemon juice, pineapple juice, and cold water; stir thoroughly.
  3. Optionally, add 1 to 1 1/2 bottles (2-liter) ginger ale before serving, or freeze in a gallon container and pour ginger ale over the frozen punch at party time.
