Lemon Torte

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. oleo
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Dream Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, oleo, and sugar and press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Crumble the baked crust and press down again into the pan.
  5. Whip the cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add Dream Whip and powdered sugar to the cream cheese and mix well.
  7. Spread this mixture over the cooled crust.
  8. Spread pudding over the dessert layer.
  9. Top with whipped cream and chill before serving.
