Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 small can frozen lemonade concentrate

Instructions

  1. Beat together the yellow cake mix, instant lemon pudding, eggs, oil, water, and frozen lemonade concentrate until well combined.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 13-inch oblong pan.
  3. Bake in a 350°F oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool before applying the glaze.
