- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter.
- Continue creaming while slowly adding honey in a fine stream.
- Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
- Sift together flour and baking soda.
- Add alternately to the creamed mixture along with 1/3 cup thawed lemonade.
- Dough will be soft.
- Chill the dough for 1 hour.
- Drop dough from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400°F (204°C) for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Brush hot cookies with remaining lemonade concentrate.
