Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower (about 2 lb.), broken into flowerets
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon freeze-dried chives

Instructions
